The Oaks Club at Valencia Wedding -

We had the best day celebrating the love these to have for one another. What a stunning wedding day these two had. The Oaks Cub at Valencia is truly a beautiful wedding venue. Since this venue is a golf course the grounds are vast and lush and even includes a lake! As their wedding photographers we took advantage of it all… the venue supplied us all with golf carts so that the couple was able to have photos taken all over the grounds! TIP ALERT - ask your venue if you can borrow a golf cart for your romantics…..if you’re getting married in California chances are your wedding day will be warm and you will appreciate as little walking as possible on the big day. Trust me! ;)

Did anyone else notice that AMAZING wedding bouquet?! Well The Exotic Green Garden killed it in my opinion. If any of you are still searching for a florist or rental company check them out. I will attach their website in this blog. They did a stellar job!!

Montage Laguna Beach Engagement Photos - Orange County Engagement Session

I know I say it every time I blog about an engagement session but I can’t help it… I LOVE ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS!!!!!

This engagement session was no exception. Since these two had such crazy schedules leading up to their big day and to top it off accepted new jobs and a big move… we weren’t able to find a date for their engagement session until about a month before their wedding day. I was so excited to finally get to meet Jennifer and Justin and I was even more excited to find out that they had chosen a beach for their engagement session. The engagement session started off a little more simple.. I try to keep in mind when shooting that about 90% of my clients have never had professional photos taken (high school yearbook doesn’t count). With this in mind my focus in the beginning is to get my couples to feel comfortable with me. This is after all supposed to be fun! :) These two warmed up quickly and close to the end of our session I asked if they would like to get in the water (please keep in mind it was September in California …… the water was absolutely FREEZING). But with smiles on their faces they said, “sure why not”?!

As I said it was freezing

But to say they were good sports about it all would be an understatement!

I think it was worth it..

Kimberly Crest House and Gardens Wedding & The Mitten Building Wedding

Wedding Photography is a one of a kind job. We have the honor of seeing our couples fall in love all over again as the say "I do." This wedding was especially dreamy. The pure elegance of this venue makes this place one of our favorite places. This beautiful couple picked the perfect place to get married. Kimberly Crest House & Gardens is a one of a kind location filled with trees that could touch the sky and enchanting architecture all in one which makes for stunning wedding photos. 

Once these two became husband and wife everyone headed to the wedding reception which took place at The Mitten Building. The Mitten Building is filled with red brick that adds warmth to the room with the added touches of the couple this venue was the perfect reception site. We are so glad we could be their Riverside wedding photographers. We wish these two nothing but the best and a long happy marriage together.

Krystal & Josh at Pearl Beach in Laguna Beach

What a fun couple! These two were a blast to work with! When they arrived on location these two had a large duffle bag. We weren't quite sure why until Krystal smiled and said we brought a ton of outfit changes. :) We were thrilled to hear this! It makes our job so much more fun to try different styles based on clothing. This obviously made our job of being a couples' photographer easier because they are a good looking couple! But the amount of giggling, smiling, and obviously love they showed for each other really show in these photographs.

Being an Orange County wedding photographer is such a rewarding job. Not only do we have the privilege of capturing the happiest moments of a couples life (their wedding day), but we also get to capture their love before the wedding while they are engaged. Being engaged is such an amazing, exciting, stressful (just because planning a wedding is overwhelming), and of course life changing time in a couple's life. We have the joy and privilege of capturing the giggles, smiles, and cuddles of our couples before they say "I do".
